For the last decade, whether it was pouring through financial reports or patient records,
I have always been surrounded by data and the urge to simplify the complexities therein arise.
Everyday, there is always a new puzzle to solve.

About Me

I fell in love with data and complex systems through the last decade as a professional in the hospitality and healthcare industry. It wasn't always smooth sailing. There were alot of late night console.logs and of course, every couple has their arguments when things get undefined. I dedicated myself to learning one of her languages, JavaScript, full-time. And everyday, I'm still learning! Imagine my surprise when she introduced me to some of her family like Python, Java, and C++.

As you can see, I enjoy a bit of comedy. But there is no joking around when it comes to my passion as a software engineer. My natural curiosity, drive for perfection, and industry experience as both a financial auditor and clinical researcher guarantees resolutions.

When I am not programming or learning, I enjoy traveling, practicing jiu-jitsu, yoga, snowboarding, and shuffling to house music like no one is watching. I also have a part-time job being the poop scooper for my three-year-old German Shepherd, Brody. It keeps me very busy.
